The combination of the Schaefer SAM1 and the Telsonic ultrasonic welding machine allows Milron’s team to build the volume of wire harnesses we need with total precision, ensuring our customers get great products with the best wiring harness in the market.
Telsonic’s ultrasonic joining technology is widely used to produce reliable electrical connections in the commercial, industrial, and automotive industries. The benefits of ultrasonic wire splicing include lower electrical resistance, improved cost efficiency and a high level of protection against corrosion. Telsonic’s computer system allows us to pre-load all the specifics of each wire harness and it prompts each splice on the operator screen.
