At the heart of our manufacturing plant, you will find many modern “State of the Art” machines that hold exacting tolerances and ensure each body will be the same as the next one. The blanking machines include a Mitsubishi 6’x12’ 6KW, fiber laser, with 18 shelf automation tower and twin unloading automatic pallet changers.
The Mitsubishi allows us to cut aluminum, steel or stainless steel sheet and plate from .030” right up to 1” thick, traveling of up to 1200 inches per min (26’ per min) at .005”+/- tolerances.
Precise laser cutting allows us to start with a high precision product. We have many benefits that help us with our day to day manufacturing. Engraving part numbers helps us with our lean manufacturing processes, the overall robustness of our laser machine equipped with the 16 shelf automation tower holds up to 80,000 Kg of various materials that helps us with our volume of production this ensures highly accurate parts each time, lights on or out.
