At the heart of our manufacturing plant, you will find many modern “State of the Art” machines that hold exacting tolerances and ensure each body will be the same as the next one. Our largest press brake is a 250-ton ACCURPRESS brake press with hydraulic die clamping and multi-access back gauge which allows us to bend our largest parts with a single operator with ease. Hydraulic die clamping allows our operators to save time when changing dies and ensures accuracy.
The sheet followers ensure worker safety while providing the most accurate bends when the sheet sizes get over 10’ long. This machine is also equipped with the newest in automatic safety devices again making sure the team at Milron is safe.
