AMADA TOGU TOOL GRINDER
Ensuring that our punching is always holding tight tolerances we added the AMADA TOGU to support our Combo punch/laser machine. The combo punch keeps track of each hit of the tool and then prompts the user to sharpen the tool according to pre-configured tolerance specs. The TOGU records each tool sharpening, cut in its memory and knows how many times and how much it has cut off each tool, ensuring our precision sheet metal fabrication.
No more hand grinding or hand sharpening our tools with an eye micrometer. It’s either done right or we don’t do it at all.
