At the heart of our manufacturing plant, you will find many modern “State of the Art” machines that hold exacting tolerances and ensure consistency on each product that we manufacturer. The Milron team decided that in order to keep the high quality throughout all products we needed to replace all our equipment to be sure that the parts we CAD design were the parts that came out of our shop.
The 10’ Amada press brake is equipped with an Automatic Tool Changer (ATC) which allows our operators to produce more parts in less time, never having to manually do die changes, plus this brake also has a floating bend peddle, allowing the user to program where the peddle is in relation to his job, again saving time and wasted footsteps.
Because the dies are automatically changed, this also eliminates the possibility of dropping any tooling and damaging the dies, again ensuring a high-quality part is made each time. This press brake is also very safe with a built-in light curtain that will not allow you to operate the machine if any part of an operators body is near the danger area.
