At the heart of our manufacturing plant, you will find many modern “State of the Art” machines that hold exacting tolerances and ensure each body will be the same as the next one. When it comes to precision, rapid, CNC punching and laser cutting, no one beats the AMADA EML/AJ Combo machine. With a capacity to punch at over 500 hits per min, tap threads, form louvers, bend, shape or laser cut with a 3KW fibre laser, the AMADA has you covered.
Our automation tower utilizes robotic technology to unload and organize the processed parts. This saves time and operator fatigue. With 12 shelves of automation, we can hold over 3000 sheets of material and easily operate 24 hours per day.
