At the heart of our manufacturing plant, you will find many modern “State of the Art” machines that hold exacting tolerances and ensure each body will be the same as the next one. The Milron team decided that in order to keep the high quality throughout all products we needed to replace all our equipment to be sure that the parts we CAD design were the parts that came out of our shop.
Producing parts quickly and accurately is key when you have a lot of variety of products to manufacture, holding quality is essential. These 6’ press brakes do a great job at quickly processing a volume of smaller parts with 100% electric drives.
Both machines are equipped with an automatic built-in light curtain that will stop the machine instantly if any operator accidentally breaks the laser beam.
